Precautions While On MT PILL
i used MTPILL kit one week ago,but in ultrasound there is small products inside.so,doctor suggested to take another course of misoprostrol,which i have taken till now 2 doses.But nothing came out yet.Can u suggest some precautions to expell the product?

MTPill kit is prescribed for abortion and it works but in very few cases there can be failure to expel all the products of conception and in such cases D & C is required .So please consult your Gynaecologist and follow her advise and if the products are not expelled even after another course then you will have to go for a curettage.

Post MTP pills retained product of conception is quite common.As you have already repeated misoprostrol ,it should be taken for two days ,in majority of cases RPOC come out or expelled .wait for 2-3 days .otherwise D&C is the choice.
