Thanks for posting your query.
Congratulations with your pregnancy.
From the information you have provided, you have a sub chorionic hemorrhage (blood clot in uterus) .
I would like to know more about the baby, whether
fetal pole was seen and whether heart beat was visualized..?
If the findings related to baby were fine and the clot is coming down in size, usually the pregnancy goes on well.
You have had the scan for pain and not bleeding which is also reassuring.
Duphaston and
naturogest are two forms of the hormone
progesterone which supports pregnancy.
Logically it makes sense to take these medications to support pregnancy, but there is no strong evidence to justify their use. You can finish of the tablets that you have , but don't have to buy more.
The vascular cystic mass in your ovary is probably the
corpus luteum , a structure that produces progesterone to support your pregnancy.
The repeat scan will tell us more about the pregnancy.
Hope this helps.
All the best, Take care.
