Since then I have had periods twice but still I. Feel pregnancy symptoms . Intense lower back pain and frequent urination . Can t stand for long . Feeling tired . Very difficult to bend or hold my 18 months old daughter . Plz advise how can this pain be fine
You had miscarriage 2 months ago and now presents with 2 times period and LBP. Do one home pregnancy test to check pregnancy status.
After that, you have to undergo one Trans Vaginal Ultrasound scan and some hormonal test to rule out underlying pathology for irregularity. It also excludes pregnancy/ conceptional products.
For LBP, you may take some muscle relaxant tab like ACECLO MR,take hot fomentation or ice-pack, do some exercise, avoid lifting heavy bucket etc. So consult with physiotherapist for better elaboration and guideline for LBP.
You may undergo a Urine test for R/E & M/E to exclude urine pathology. Take healthy diet, avoid stress and need proper sleep.
Be well and take care.
