Pregnancy Test Negative But Lower Back Pain ,chances Of Being Pregnant?

My last peroid was on the 22nd of January. I have not had once since then. I am having lower back pain . I have taken at home pregnacy test. It was negative. Is there a chance that I am pregnant .

If your periods were regular monthly before Jan 22, then yes, there can be a chance.... you should go for a blood pregnancy test ( serum BHCG ) or a Trans vaginal Ultrasound scan to be sure.
