hi
Welcome to HCM,
You have not mentioned your first day of the last period, and your usual menstrual cycle before
pregnancy, which could be of helpful to us to rule out delayed ovulation.
Sometimes if you have conceived late due to irregular period, we may see discrepancy in pregnancy age according to LMP and Scan. USG scan also can be difficult to detect
gestational sac in early weeks due to either obesity, or retroverted position of
uterus, type of scan machine and also on skills of Doctor.
HCG levels does not determine exact
gestational age. Range of values vary widely.
40 % of all pregnancies end up in abortions. It is a traumatizing experience for women, and in most of the cases , cause can not be found. But many of them become pregnant again second time very soon and get successful pregnany outcome.
Your history of bleeding, passing clots and cramps today, may be the symptoms of inevitable abortion. You must go and see the Doctor now. Do not wait until another 2 weeks.
Best Wishes.
