hello and welcome to HCM,

Absence of cardiac activity in the fetus/ products of conception is called blighted ovum.
This is a condition in which the fetus is not viable and it most commonly occurs due to genetic abnormalities.
The products of conception needs to be removed by medical termination of pregnancy.
You need to consult your obstetrician for dilation and curettage of the non-viable products of conception.
The histopathological examination and karyotying of the products of conception need to be done.

Thanks and take care
