Pregnancy Ultrasound Showing Live Singleton In Cephalic Presentation, Normohydramnios. What Does It Mean?

good day!
i'm gem 21 yrs.old and my ultrasound diagnosis says Pregnancy uterine 32W 2D by fetal biometry, live, singleton in cephalic presentation. Placenta anterior high grade 2. Normohydramnios. Biophysical score 8/8.
Estimated fetal weight 1848 gms. and FHB 138b/min. Doc is that ok? please let me understand the result. thank you.

Hi Ms.Gem,
Your ultrasound study report appears to be normal if it corresponds to your gestational dates. It is a live single fetus and the presentation is not of much significance at this stage. Placenta seems to be normal; Biophysical profile indicates the activity of the baby and this is normal. The fetal heart rate and the weight also correspond to the gestational age. In essence, the report is fine and the progress is good. Hope your query is answered. Take care.
