Pregnant. Have Had History Of Miscarriages. Taking Aspirin And Utrogestan. Is That Safe?

Hi Im arlene from Philippines.. i have a history of two miscarriage this year 2013. the first miscarriage is january 7 2013.. and i got pregnant easily to my second child and had miscarriage for second time april 28 2013. and now i'm 7 weeks pregnant my OB advised me to take aspirin 80mg once a day until 36 weeks... also im taking utrogestan 100mg 3 times a day. my question is it safe for me?
