hi leebaa, burning micturation during pregnency or otherwise also is not normal and so get your urine microscopy and culture done and start on antibiotics if infection
Every pregnancy may not be the same and so excessive salivation is not an alarming condition and you can ignore it.
As this is your 2nd pregnency obviously uyou also have to look after your first child and also the first trimester that is the first 3 months of pregnancy are usually a little uncomfortable and troublesome. It will get better as the pregnancy advances. In the meanwhile you should go for routine antinatal checkups and follow your obstreticians advice regularly
Falling down unconcious is not a very good sign and so you need to get your BP , blood sugar and hemoglobin checked. also maintain a healthy diet at regular intervals as nausea which is common in 1st trimester can cause hypoglycemia which can be bad for you as well as the baby.Keep taking nurtitious small portions at frequent intervals and plenty of fluids. Hope my advice helpsyou, take care.
