Pregnant. Scan Shows Intrauterine Gestation. Grade II Maturity Anterior Placenta. Interpretation?
hi doctor, i m 35 weeks pregnant, my scan report impression is as such- single viable intrauterine gestation, AC is less than expected ie every measurements are less than fifth percentila, Grade II maturityr anterior placenta with adequate liquor . BPD- 8.2 cm, HC-30.2 cm, AC- 25.7 cm, FL-6.5 cm, EFW- 1.6 kgs. Kindly let me know in detail. My date- 25 dec.

It seems that you have baby with slightly retarded growth. Main concern is fetal weight , which can increase to 2 kg by 37 weeks. At this stage we cant do too much in outcome of delivery. Fetal lungs are matured now. If baby is born with less weight , dont worry at all. It can be gained normaly in first six month.
Placenta and liquor are good.
