Hello, Your symptoms can be related to the anemia you have and moreover, the demands of the pregnancy are more during the second trimester and this could be adding to everything. In the current scenario, you would need iron and calcium supplements, plenty of fresh fruits and fresh vegetables and milk products, regular follow up and adequate rest. A repeat sonogram will help to locate the position of the placenta; usually it moves upward. Try to rest with foot end elevation; along with calcium, this will help to relieve the pain and cramps. Wish you safe motherhood.
