hi,
in pregnancy painless contractions can occur which are called braxton-hicks contractions,
they will subside by themselves or by changing position etc,
they will not be associated with cervical changes usually.
so if your pain is like this no worry but if it increases progressively with cervical changes, leaking or bleeding per vaginum etc consult your doctor as early as possible.
take care.
