Pregnant. Ultrasound Showed No Growth Of Baby. Small Brown Coloured Mucous Discharge, No Bleeding. Miscarriage?

I am 6 weeks pregnant. In last ultrasound which was yesterday, the heartbeat of the baby was too low & its growth was also not there. My doctor said it is likely that my pregnancy wont survive.
And yesterday night around 9 pm i noticed a small brown coloured mucous dischrage, which i thought was my miscarage. But since that discharge till this morning i see no bleeding. What can this be.
Was it a miscarage or no?

Hello
As you have mucous discharge , It doesnt seems to be miscarriage .
As the baby is not growing in the uterus and the servival is not sure. you should take the opinion from gynaecologist that should it be continued or not.
If the continuation is not possible and no hope for growth , than it should be terminated
ok
take care
