Hi, Welcome to HCM, Your Doctor has prescribed right medications. HCG injections and naturogest are to provide hormonal Support, and Ecosprin is to prevent abortion due to suspected hypercoagulation or antiphospholipid antibody Syndrome. Dpron is just to prevent nausea and Vomiting of early pregnancy. You have not mentioned the timing of previous abortions, and the investigations done by your doctor after two consecutive abortions. Though at 5 weeks pregnancy, she is on the best possible medication. As the time will pass, i am sure your Doctor will take further action and do best to have successful pregnancy outcome this time. Best wishes. Dr H Hamdani
