Pregnant, Came Across Melted Rubber Smell. Will Ingested Melted Rubber Affect Baby ?
I am 9 weeks pregnant and this morning i was making eggs and accidentally left the spatula resting on the pan . I noticed a particular smell but i thought it was the eggs overcooking. I got the spatula to pick up the egg. When i ate the egg it did have a particular taste but thought it was because it was burnt. When i was done eating i noticed the melted rubber on the edge of the pan. As soon as i noticed and tried vomiting. Now I am terrified, will the ingested melted rubber affect my baby.
