Pregnant, Cramping, Clots, Have Internal Bleeding Or An Infection, Stomach Feels Hard And Hot, Having Angina. Miscarriage?

Hi, I am currently experiencing a miscarriage . I it started on Sunday with severe cramping and passing of clots...then it stopped for a few days...it is now back and worse than ever. i am concerned that I have internal bleeding or an infection . what are the symptoms of these??? my stomach is hard as a rock, i feel hot all the time, and im having a nit of angina, along with ringing in my ears. thanks!

Hi,
First you need to confirm it's a miscarriage or not. In case of miscarriage passing of blood clots & accompanying cramps usually last for 3-4 days.. If it is continuing beyond this period (as in your case) then you need to visit your gynecologist & get examined as some amount of product of conception might still there in uterus..gynecologist will examine & take necessary step (usually they do D&C method)..retained product of conception might lead to infection which explains your other symptoms..thus visit your gynecologist asap..
