The lower end of placenta is reaching upto the internal os. please advice me what i do now , how i save my baby.
Hi, You are having bleeding in pregnancy because your placenta is located in the lower segment. Usually the bleeding stops after some time, pregnancy goes normally, & placenta shifts upward with time. However this pregnancy will even then remain at a higher risk & you need to take extra care & precaution along with extra monitoring of your baby to make sure all is going well. You need to take bed rest till bleeding is over after that avoid lifting weights, avoid exertion & penetrative sex. You should show this report to your treating doctor so that extra surveillance can be given to you. you may be advised admission till your bleeding stops. Take care.
