Pregnant Had Intercourse. Pinkish Spotting. What Does It Mean?

Im 29 weeks pregnant & I had sex with my boyfriend after being told not to :/ but after words when I wiped there was blood not bright red pinkish but it was bright red on his shirt & my bed I watched it for a little and it stopped but today when I wiped there was a little bit of pink again & something like skin tissue what could this mean ?
