Hi I m 36 weeks pregnant and my eyes are so heavy but im not tired I have to strain just to keep them open I keep getting this strong period like cramps just had a doc appointment and was told that im 80% effaced and babies head is down I was just wondering why my eyes feel so heavy and why the sudden headaches and dizzy spills

Hello. Welcome to hcm.
The symptoms might be just the strain but it can also be symptoms of pre eclampsia. I advice you to visit ER immedietly and get your vitals and blood checked. Only if everything is normal,you can take it as strain.
