Pregnant, Have History Of ABO Incompatibility In Child. Precautions Needed?

iam lady in 33 years old.I have history i have blood group OB+ve and my husband is B+ve. I have history of ABO incompatibility in my child.my first baby is daughter with blood group B+ve ,she born about 3 Kg., with HB 7.0g,she received blood transfusion 9 times in 18 days.now she is very well. My second baby is a boy also 3Kg,B+ve, HB7.0g.but with bilirubin 6 from day 0.day 2 became 16--18 there for the doctors agree for the blood exchange in day 2 .but the baby still very sick and the bilirubin rise until reach 37 in day 5 ,all the IV fluid and photo therapy and blood transfusion done ,but unfortunately the baby die in day 6. Now i am pregnant in16 week and under monitoring of baby anemia just.I need your advise for what i must do in my pregnancy now or if there any precaution must done during pregnancy ,or if i need intrauterine transfusion or exchange.Please feed me ,can i get the answer for free ,i have not credit card.with all my thanks.

Since you have a history of AB incompatibility, there is every chance of having this incompatibility in this pregnancy. You need to avoid all the stressful activities to reduce the chances of bleeding during pregnancy.
