Pregnant, Have Kidney Infection, On Pain Medicines. Will This Affect The Baby?

what if I am only 1 or 2 weeks pregnant and I had a CT Scan at the ER because I have a kidney infection plus I was on pain meds and antibiotics will it harm the baby and the hospital did a pregnancy test and said it was negiative but did they only do a pee test because that would come back negiative please help really stressing out shouldve started period on the 5th of Jan. and still nothing and could by illness or the meds of stopped my period

hi there, CT scan exposes you to x-rays which can be harmful to a fetus of 2 weeks size. As you are already 1 week overdue your urine report should come positive for preg. test if you are pregnant. If not yu can get a TVS done to confirm or rule out pregnacy. Worrying about is not going to help in any way in fact that could be the cause for your delayed period. Get this thing sorted out by one of these tests and if you are pregnant then the further course of management can be decided later. Tackle one thing at a time and it will alright. Take care.
