Pregnant, Have Scan Report. Can Any Online Doctor Help Me To Read It?

i am 21 weeks preganant. i have a scan last week which says that grade zero placentais seen in fundo -anteriorly.the lower end of placenta is approx 1.0 cm away from os marginally low lying.
single luve foetus . bpd -4.29cm fl-2.90
heart rate is 149bpm
liquor is adequate
os is closed
cervical lengthis 3.0cm
please guide me and suggest precautions in future for a normal delivery

Your report is having normal study. It says:

The placenta is at its proper position with the mentioned size.

The fetus is live with mentioned size which is normal for 21 weeks and normal heart rate.

Liquor is also adequate which is a fluid present in the cavity to keep the fetus shock free and prevents from trauma. Its a kind of shock absorber.

Os is close which is the opening of the uterus towards the vagina. there are two os present in the cervix, internal and external os. The closed os prevents abortion.

cervix length is also normal.

The pregnancy is going normal upto this stage. For normal vaginal delivery take care of few drugs. Never used drugs with the advise of the expert especially steroids and prostaglandin. Avoid heavy weight lifting and exertional activities. keep good care of your hemoglobin by taking healthy diet.
