Pregnant, Have Severe Pains In Pubic Bone, Lower Back, Hip And Chest, Nose Bleed. Alarming?
hi i am 18 weeks pregnant and have been up all night with very bad pains in my pubic bone lower back on my left side and left hip also chest pain . i never ever have nose bleeds but got woken this moring to a very bad nose bleed is any of these linked. this is my third pregancy so kind of no how i should be feeling and this is normal.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to say if these symptoms are serious or not, till a doctor examines you and orders some tests.
Pain in the lower back and hip is common in pregnancy and not of any concern on its own. Chest pain, can be due to trivial causes, like a muscle pull, which settles down quickly, or it may be something more serious, depending upon the type of pain, exact location and other features.
Nose bleeds again are in general common in pregnancy.
On balance, it would be better to see your doctor and get all this checked out.
