hi, iam pregnant lady completed my 60 days from the day 1 iam taking gelusil syrup due to the acidity problem. Kindly confirm which will create any problem to my baby

means no congenital abnormality detected in studies,
it should be given when benefits over weigh the risks,
so you once discuss with your doctor regarding its use,
if she recommends you can use it.
