Pregnant, Miscarried. Prescribed Duphaston, Wants To Conceive Again. When Will Periods Regularize?

Good day. I suffered a miscarriage at 8 weeks. Dr prescribed 10mg of Duphaston twice a day for 14 days. I would like to know when my period will return as we would like to try to get pregnant again as soon as possible. IUI worked the first time. I would also like to know what the chances wil be of it working again? what is the changes of having a miscarriage again?
