Pregnant, Nausea, No Fetal Cardiac Activity, Fetal Growth 7.5 Mm. Alphadolpa, Ast-75, Daflon, Heparin Injection Taken. Advise?

i am Hi 6 weeks pregnant, no fetal cardiac activity shown during the last ultrasound (yesterday). Fetal growth 7.5 mm. Doctor is not clear about fetal development. since last 14 days taking below medicines for growth and stop bleeding. 1.alfadopa 2.ast-75 3.daflon 500 mg 4.inj hepyrin 40 mg - since last 6days 1in a day Dr.Asked to come back in a week. In the meantime I have had some nausea in the morning, but not too much; I don t understand whether I am still pregnant or not. Please advise. Thanks
Hello,The reports that you have mentioned mean that your fetal growth is inadequate. By 6 weeks,there should have been cardiac activity. You can continue the medicines that you are taking,though i dont think taking heparin so early will help. You need to repeat the ultrasound when you see your doctor in the next visit after 1 week.At that time, if there is no fetal cardiac activity then its more than likely you have a miscarriage. Take it easy and continue what you are doing. See your doctor next week.
