Before this yes, we can see through ultrasound . is that mean i m really miscarriage? i had a bleeding this morning. then no more. and there is no cramp . One doc asked me to wait for 2 weeks. another doctor asked me to perform dnc. what should i do? is there still a hope for me?
Disappearance of fetal heart sound by ultrasound is a definite sign of missed abortion.
Its not necessary to have cramps or much bleeding.
Better to go for D&C.
