my daughter rh factor was tested negative early in pregancy,but now it has changed to postive,how could this be and how would it affect her and the baby.

rh factor remains the same for lifetime and it cannot change.Maybe one of the two reports is wrong so get it confirmed from a good laboratory.
In case of its effect if your daughter is rh negative and her husband is rh positive she needs to take ANTI D inj
