Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Rabies is a preventable viral disease that is transmitted from the bite or scratch of an infected animal.

The CDC states that the rabies vaccine can be given in pregnancy because of the potential problems that can result from improper treatment of rabies.
They indicate that certain medical studies show that there is no risk of abnormalities with the baby, premature birth or abortion with the use of this vaccine.

If there is a risk of rabies, you can consider speaking to your doctor to determine whether this is an option.

I hope this helps
