Hi, There is no documented evidence of any harmful effects of the medication in pregnancy and as such can be used when there is absolute necessity keeping in mind that salbutamol present in the combination may inhibit uterine contractions when the medication is used towards labor. As the dosage of the drug taken through inhalation is very low as compared to the oral doses hitherto prescribed, side effects are expected to be minimal.
