Hello and welcome to HCM,

The prensence of proteins (albumin) in urine during pregnancy has to be investigated.
You need to get your blood pressure done.
In case raised blood pressure is compounded with proteins in the urine, the condition is called pre-eclampsia.
However, these findings should be present at multiple occasions.
If this condition is diagnosed it has to be managed till term.

The growth of the baby can be determined by various parameters like crown-rump length, femur length, head circumference, abdominal circumference, etc.
These measurements are determined by ultrasound of the pelvis. You need to consult your radiologist for these measurements.

Intrauterine growth restriction can occur as one of the complication of pre-eclampsia.

Thanks and take care
