Pregnant, Viral Fever, Subcostal Pain, Usg Shows Severely Distended Bowel Loops. Karvol Plus Ingested, Evion Taken Previously. Suggestions?

hi, i need a gastroenterologist opinion
hi , m . 30 wks pregnant. i had viral fever 1 week back. due to blocked nose i inhaled karvol plus inhalant once ,. i was on tab evion for muscle cramps(subcostal pain). both of them look alike .i unknowingly ingested karvol plus instead of inhaling
(considering it evion) since then my subcostal pain has aggrevated a lot .its continuous ,pins n needle sensation. USG showed severely distended bowel loops . i took 3-4 tabs(1 per day).is my subcostal pain due to karvol plus induced gastic erosion? what r the side effects of ingestion?

After a viral infection, mild distention of bowel loops is seen due to decreased peristalsis. Taking Karvol plus or evion will not help you. You need to avoid constipation and have healthy home made food for relief.
