You are a gestational diabetic patient on insulin.
Your blood sugar is not under control.
Pregnancy itself is an insulin resistant state. Your are a GDM patient and your problems are due to insulin resistance.
Pregnancy is also a Hormone imbalance state, So screen for thyroid related problems.
Long acting insulin form may help.
Very tight control of blood sugar is the need of the hour to have good maternal and fetal outcomes.
