hi there, nausea in 2nd trimester is not very common. You could counter act this by eating smaller meals more frequently, blander foods, and avoid spicy, fatty, or strongly odorous foods. Resting or napping more frequently and avoiding sensory stimuli like smell of certain food items or perfumes etc may also be helpful.Multivitamin supplementation like B6and B12 or folic acid is also beneficial some times. You could also try taking diphenhydramine 25-50 mg orally or Metoclopramide if these simple measures do no give you much relief. Try sleeping in a semireclined position on your left lateral side. Hope this helps. Take care.
