Hi,
I am now 16 weeks pregnant with twins but i have been having a persisitent headache, very severe like pounding along with the heartbeat. My heartbeat is also very hard and can be seen and felt on my stomach. sometimes i can barely get out of bed. the headache gets worse when i try to sit or stand. Light also affects me and i sometimes see stars or get dizzy.

Dear Madam,

I think you should get in touch your gynecologist and specially migraine needs to be ruled out.
