Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi

Thanks for asking.

There seems to be an infection with fever and some rash on the cheeks, most of the times it is indicative of the viral infections.

Majority of the times the viral infections go in a few days with the self healing nature of the viral infections.

If the fever does not abate, consult your doctor for the investigations.

Thanks.
