Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

The medicines your dad is taking are relatively safe and they do not cause any serious adverse effects.

The symptoms you have reported are suggestive of early dementia or mild cognitive impairment and it needs evaluation by a neurologist.

Best wishes,
Dr Sudhir Kumar MD DM (Neurology)
