Hello I am Dr Mbong, Keraglo has a main ingredient Biotin which rarely has as side-effects erectile dysfunction. Though Palmetto the other medication can be used to enhance erection (among other indications) in some men, it rather causes erectile dysfunction. The vitamins and mineral are not known to be associated with poor erections. Palmetto is therefore the most likely cause of the poor erections. Current medical literature does say if used with Kareglo, this side-effect is more likely. The poor erection may also be due to other causes like fatigue, stress or some other underlying problem. It is advisable you see a physician for check-up. I will like to know if it is the first time you are having poor erections or you had it before and needed to take Palmetto to solve the problem or you are on Palmetto for mpb? Cheers, Eta.
