Prescribed Lisinopril For High BP. Difficulty Urinating, Sleepy. Have Diabetes Type 2
I have been prescribed Norvadasc and Benicar in the past. I get severe problems - Benicar darn near killed me. The doctors tell me I have high blood pressure. My pulse is 51. I have always been told in the past that I had very low blood pressure. Now I have been prescribed Lisinopril. I feel awful. I cannot urinate, (also prescribed hydrochl ot) I want sleep all the time. I am a type II diabetic which seems to under control at this time with meds. Are there similar ingredients in these 3 medications that might be giving me the same miserable side effects
The answer I got on this site was quite rude and said I did not give my age and sex, which I did (see above). I am a 78 year old female. The advise I was given was to get my "prostate" checked. Thanks so much.
Your symptom may not be related to them... You have not stated your personal habits, family history, or co-morbidities, even age or gender...which could influence the diagnosis and outcome... May be you have prostate enlargement? / See an Urologist...
Have a second opinion
