Diet; 1)Be consious of your oil intake ,cut down on unnecessory oily foods(fried snacks,butter etc) in your regular food.
2)Add one serving of oatmeal a day.
3)Add lots of vegitables in your day to day food
4)Regularise eating pattern,no inbetween munchings
Exercise;Adopt a form of exercise,jogging,brisk walking,
yoga,even joining a gym as a part of your life style.
