Prescribed Premipexole .75mg 4 Times And Lavocarb 25mg 6 Times A Day For Restless Leg Syndrome. Can I Increase The Dosage?

I have restless leg syndrome. I am taking Premipexole 1/2 of .75 mg 4 times a day - intervals of threre hours.
Plus, I am taking Lavocarb 100/25 mg 6 times a day.
Also taking Amantadine HCL 100 mg 1 tablet a day.Unrelated to Pakinson, I take 1 tab.Olmesartin HCT 20/12 mg for High Blood pressure.
A lso 1 tab Metformin 500 mg for Diabetis
My question: Can I increase the level of Premipexol and Lavocarb. I was ok with this, but the body want increased levels.Now I can barely walk. When I go to a party, I try just a bit of extra doe, and I feel fine.
