Prescribed Advair 250 2 Puffs Each In Morning And Evening. Packaging Says Only One Puff. Safe To Follow Doctor's Advice?
advair 250...my doctor told me to take 2 puffs in the morning , and 2 puffs in the evening. When I went to get my prescription refilled , the pharmacist refused saying that only 1 puff in the morning and 1 puff in the evening is recommended, and it also says 1 puff on the packaging, so she said I was too early. Im just wondering , since my doctor says 2 puffs, should I continue to take 2. I am guessing that the 1 puff per use is just a guideline , and if the doc say 2 , that its ok. thanks for your help !
the dose is adjusted by doctor according to symptomps and condition of the patient at the timeof physical examination the dose written is minimum dose recommended but you can increase the dose as per need the doctor knows better about the dosage t be given so better to stick to doctor advise
