Prescribed With Felis For Depression. Mood Swings And Restlessness In Sleep While Stopping Medication. Reason?

hello i am maqsood while i was doing my BBA in pune, i found in my self some symptoms of depression (mood off, frequent dreams and so i went to the psychiatrist and i was prescribed felis-s-10 and and felis-s-5 for 1 year and 6 month more when i was leaving india.during the treatment and taking of pills i was feeling very good but 3 months after discontinuation due to work problems and job load i again feel mood off and restlessness in sleeping.
so should i use felis s again or what?

Depression may recur after stopping treatment or after increase in stress in life , as u have taken the full course of antidepressants for 1yr 6 mths the recurrence of symptoms points towards poor coping mechanism. stress and work load are part of life so u should cultivate healthy ways to fight stress and planning to decrease work load. Cognitive behavioral therapy along with yoga, exercise will help you for managing stress and life crises in future. and u may start Feliz S 10 under guidance of your psychiatrist to manage the acute crises .
