General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be the infection of the pharynx and blocking of the eustachean tube. I advise you to consult an E.N.T surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I.for diagnosis.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe erythrocin 500 mg, B.D. decongestants, and antiinflamatories, and a syrup containing antihistamine . Thank you.
