Pressure In Lower Stomach, Cramps, Bleeding With Lots Of Blood , Fluid With Huge Clots. History Of PCOs And Irregular Periods After Coming Off Birth Control. Suggest
I was diagnosed with pcos abt 11 yrs ago. Got preg on clomid, had a daughter 9 yrs ago with no probs, normal preg. Came off bc abt 2 yrs ago, had 3 periods since. Last one was in January. Started spotting two days ago, bad cramps last night, feeling of heaviness and pressure lower stomach. This morning felt like water bag burst, blood and fluid came out. Lots of blood and HUGE clots that looked like liver. Cramps have eased, still bleeding a lot, but much improved. I have not felt pregnant in any way. Have never experienced anything like this ever. Might I have had a miscarriage? Btw I am 37 and overweight.

Its likely you have had a miscarriage or incomplete abortion. In complete abortion typically presents with huge bleeding in clots and with crampy abdominal pains. The complication is anemia and infection which are both severe conditions.
You should rapidly do a pregnancy test. If its positive, then its a miscarriage and if negative then it could be a heavy menses due to fibroids or others.
You will need to be evaluated by your gynecologist what ever the case and you need to be on iron supplements to replace the loss iron in the bleeding.
