Pressure In Right Shoulder, Chest, Neck, Ear Till Mid-sternum. Relief When Belching/flatus. Administered Simethicone. Gas? Suggestions?
I'm 28 and have right sided shoulder "pressure" and right sided chest "pressure" I also have an ache running up both sides of my neck into my ears. I have some relief with belching/flatus and I just took 250 mg of simethicone. Does this sound like gas? I've never ever had a gas pain before and this has been going on for 24hours now. It's not excruciating, just uncomfortable and it does feel like it's moving closer toward the mid-sternum. If it's gas, how long does this normally take to resolve?

hi, you are having reflux oesophagitis and gastritis. i think. you are taking semithicone, along with that if you take antacids and sucralfate, it helps. if it does get reduced with this treatment in 2 weeks. you may undergo endoscopy with investigation for H pylori infection. and the treatment for h pylori infection, you need to see your physician.
