Hello,

Pressure on head may be due to sinusitis.

Inflammation in maxillary sinus or frontal sinus has to be ruled out and treated.

Compression with hot packs over the sinus may be helpful.

Avoid stressful jobs and take rest.

Take complete course of amoxycillin along with analgesics.

Take care.
