i had pressure cut my shin by hitting it with a skateboard(accident) 3 days ago and it scabbed up. then i hit it again yesterday and it was bleeding a little but gave it no attention . then today after i took a bath i noticed a blister/lesion? in the exact spot. it doesnt hurt nor itch but it is red/shiny and soft. it seems to have a clearish liquid inside. im not sure what to do .. leave it and have it looked at? or pop it and hope it heals?
