Problem: After Eating (mostly Spicy Food) 1) Swollen Gland/lymph Node

Problem: After eating (mostly spicy food)
1) Swollen gland/lymph node at the right side of my neck
2) Tiny white bump protruding under my tongue (frenulum) - no pain

The swollen node subsides a little (still can feel it slightly hardened) and the white bump under tongue disappears when I'm not eating.

2 weeks ago suddenly had a cold, it went away in about a week.
I used nasal spray for the first time, accidentally ingested a lot of it (probably a big gulp). Not sure if this could have contributed to my current concern.
The enlarged node and white bump both appeared together about a week ago.

Hope to get some opinion / suggestions.
