Problem In Bowel Movement, Stinging Pain In Abdomen, Passing Lot Of Gas, Little Stool. Solution?

hello, My name is Austin Shepherd and I've been experiencing problems during bowl movements, it feels like a stinging pain in my abdomen and it just seems like i'm not getting enough pressure when i go, every time i use the restroom my stool is something similar to that of a rabbits, and at others its just a lot of gas and a little stool, i don't know if somethings wrong with my urinary tract either because it seems as though they're connected if that doesn't sound to strange. I would appreciate any help or information you can give me.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having chronic constipation.
You might be having less food intake and lack of fiber diet causing some less peristalsis movement of bowels giving rise to this problem.
Take more fiber containing diet bulk producing food, green veggies.
Take plenty of water.
Do abdominal recti muscle exercise.
Ok and take care.
